Sales Executive
Conduct outbound calls to all targeted data and generate leads based on the required parameters. Achieve delegate acquisition sales targets in volume and value. Collaborate with local, regional societies and media partners to expand reach and visibility for events. Process registration data for each event and report to Project Leads for verification and progress on new data collected/updated. Engage a wider audience for any given community and inspire them to join meetings.
Act as the company’s Government Relations Officer (GRO), maintaining legal entity records, setting up business accounts on government sites, processing visas, renewing Iqamas, and managing company licenses. Manage suppliers (security, telecoms, travel, office supplies) within budget and maintain organized systems for invoices and contracts. Provide administrative support to consultants, including diary management, travel arrangements, and client deliverables. Ensure health and safety standards are covered. Serve as front of house, screening calls and messages, routing and responding as appropriate.
