Manage the flow of information and ensure the integrity of project documentation. Facilitate communication between clients, vendors, subcontractors, and internal staff. Create, implement, and maintain Document Management Systems. Track, archive, and expedite documents efficiently.
Biller
Prepare and issue accurate invoices to customers. Verify billing data, record invoices in the accounting system, monitor accounts receivable, follow up on overdue payments, prepare billing reports, assist in month-end/year-end closings, and maintain proper documentation.
Assistant Project Manager
Administer contractual obligations, draft and issue correspondence, maintain contract registers, monitor compliance, exercise control over manpower deployment, track expenditure, provide budget forecasts, and issue early warning notices to prevent commercial exposure.
