Job Title: Assistant Operator 3
Location: Saudi Arabia
Job Purpose: Assist under supervision with the preparation and running of offshore equipment to ensure safe and successful operations according to company procedures, providing quality service to clients.
Key Responsibilities

Assist the team with preparation and operation of equipment under supervision.

Attend and participate in toolbox talks and planning meetings as required.

Occasionally work at onshore bases for equipment preparation, maintenance, and return.

Liaise with offshore supervisors and team members to ensure effective communication and safe task completion.

Communicate professionally with client representatives to ensure high-quality service.

Work with colleagues and supervisors to achieve required competencies for current and future roles.

Share knowledge with subordinates to support their competency development.
Requirements

Technical knowledge gained through completion of relevant competency levels.

Formal technical qualification.

At least 1 year of technical experience.

الغرض من الوظيفة: المساعدة تحت إشراف في إعداد وتشغيل المعدات البحرية لضمان عمليات آمنة وناجحة وفق إجراءات الشركة، وتقديم خدمة عالية الجودة للعملاء.
المسؤوليات الرئيسية

مساعدة الفريق في إعداد وتشغيل المعدات تحت الإشراف.

حضور والمشاركة في اجتماعات السلامة والتخطيط عند الحاجة.
-
العمل أحيانًا في قواعد برية لإعداد وصيانة وإعادة المعدات.

التواصل مع المشرفين وأعضاء الفريق لضمان التواصل الفعّال وإتمام المهام بأمان.
-
التواصل بشكل مهني مع ممثلي العملاء لضمان جودة الخدمة.
-
العمل مع الزملاء والمشرفين لتحقيق الكفاءات المطلوبة للوظائف الحالية والمستقبلية.

مشاركة المعرفة مع المرؤوسين لدعم تطوير كفاءاتهم عند الحاجة.
