Electrical Engineer
Dammam, Eastern, Saudi Arabia (On-site) – Alrashed Industrial
Design, develop, and implement electrical systems for industrial projects.
Monitor and maintain existing electrical infrastructure to ensure safety and efficiency.
Troubleshoot electrical faults and provide timely solutions.
Collaborate with project teams to integrate electrical components into larger systems.
Prepare technical documentation and project reports for management review.
Ensure compliance with local and international electrical standards.
Conduct testing and commissioning of electrical systems on-site.
Participate in project planning meetings and provide technical input.
Support maintenance teams with diagnostics and repairs of electrical equipment.

Prepare Trial Balance (TB) spending reports linked to cash flow analysis.
Conduct P&L deep dive analysis against budget and prior year (LY) results.
Generate sales performance reports to support management decisions.
Compile manufacturing reports and conduct variation analysis.
Prepare allocation and inventory reports for internal stakeholders.
Track KPIs and financial metrics to monitor organizational performance.
Perform value chain costing analysis to optimize costs and margins.
Upload FCCS financials and perform quantitative analysis.
Conduct "what-if" scenario planning and prepare BOD presentation details.
Prepare monthly financial reports for strategic business decisions.
Sales Engineer – MEP and FLS Systems
Saudi Arabia – Confidential Construction / MEP Contracting Company
Identify, pursue, and secure new construction and maintenance contracts in MEP sector.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with consultants, contractors, developers, and facility owners.
Conduct site visits, prepare technical and commercial proposals, and negotiate contracts.
Represent the company in meetings, tenders, and presentations.
Collaborate with technical and operations teams to ensure client requirements are met.
Prepare regular sales forecasts, reports, and market intelligence.
Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering required.
Minimum one year of proven sales experience in MEP contracting and system installation.
Strong technical knowledge of Mechanical, Electrical, Firefighting, Fire Alarm, and Plumbing systems.
Demonstrated ability to independently bring new clients and close large contracts.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Established network within the construction industry is an advantage.

إجراء تحليل مفصل للأرباح والخسائر مقابل الميزانية والسنة السابقة.
إعداد تقارير أداء المبيعات لدعم قرارات الإدارة.
إعداد تقارير التصنيع وإجراء تحليل الفروق.
إعداد تقارير التوزيع والمخزون لأصحاب المصلحة الداخليين.

تمثيل الشركة في الاجتماعات والمناقصات والعروض التقديمية.

مطلوب درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة الكهربائية.
خبرة مثبتة سنة واحدة على الأقل في مبيعات وتركيب أنظمة MEP.
معرفة تقنية قوية بالأنظمة الميكانيكية والكهربائية وأنظمة مكافحة الحرائق والإنذار الصحي والصرف الصحي.
القدرة على جلب عملاء جدد وإغلاق عقود كبيرة بشكل مستقل.
مهارات تواصل وتفاوض وعرض ممتازة.
امتلاك شبكة علاقات قوية في قطاع البناء يعتبر ميزة.
