Position: Legal Trainee - GCC
About the Job: Gain practical legal experience in a dynamic, multicultural environment. Assist the legal team with contracts, research, and regulatory compliance, reporting to the GCC Legal Counsel in Saudi Arabia.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review, draft, and proofread commercial agreements (NDAs, service contracts, vendor agreements, leases) ensuring compliance with local laws and internal policies.
- Assist with establishing and maintaining contract databases and filing systems.
- Conduct legal research on commercial, corporate, labor, regulatory compliance, data protection, and anti-corruption laws in GCC jurisdictions.
- Prepare legal memorandums and summaries of legal and regulatory developments affecting operations in the region.
Position: Mechanical Integrity Specialist
Qualifications & Experience:
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
- 10+ years of experience in engineering, manufacturing, operations, or industrial services, including Mechanical Integrity and Static Asset Management.
- 5+ years specifically in Mechanical Integrity management.
- Knowledge of hydrogen and oxygen production assets and technologies.
- Experience in engineering solutions development, EPC, project execution, or as investor/customer.
- Strong understanding of industrial safety, quality, reliability, and efficiency.
- Ability to develop strategic actionable plans for field operations and asset reliability.
- Skilled in onboarding resources from management to field operations and driving plan execution with resilience.

متدرب قانوني - دول مجلس التعاون الخليجي (Legal Trainee - GCC)
عن الوظيفة:
توفر هذه الفرصة التدريبية فرصة فريدة لاكتساب خبرة عملية في المجال القانوني ضمن بيئة ديناميكية ومتعددة الثقافات. سيساعد المتدرب فريقنا القانوني في مهام ومشاريع متنوعة، ويساهم في نجاح المنظمة بشكل عام، ويعمل تحت إشراف المستشار القانوني لدول مجلس التعاون الخليجي ومقره المملكة العربية السعودية.
المهام والمسؤوليات الرئيسية:
- إدارة العقود: مراجعة وصياغة وتدقيق العقود التجارية المختلفة، بما في ذلك اتفاقيات السرية (NDAs)، عقود الخدمات، عقود الموردين، وعقود الإيجار، مع ضمان الالتزام بالقوانين المحلية وسياسات الشركة.
- المساعدة في إنشاء وصيانة قاعدة بيانات العقود ونظام الأرشفة.
- البحث والتحليل القانوني: إجراء بحوث قانونية متعمقة حول مواضيع متنوعة مثل القانون التجاري، القانون الشركات، قانون العمل، الامتثال التنظيمي، حماية البيانات، قوانين مكافحة الرشوة والفساد، مع التركيز على دول مجلس التعاون الخليجي.

أخصائي السلامة الميكانيكية (Mechanical Integrity Specialist)
عن الوظيفة:
- درجة في الهندسة الميكانيكية أو ما يعادلها.
- خبرة تزيد عن 10 سنوات تشمل الهندسة، التصنيع، العمليات، والخدمات الصناعية في إدارة السلامة الميكانيكية، إدارة الأصول الثابتة في شركات صناعية تشغّل أصول الإنتاج والبنية التحتية.
- خبرة 5 سنوات أو أكثر في إدارة السلامة الميكانيكية.
- معرفة بإنتاج الهيدروجين وأصول وتقنيات إنتاج الأكسجين.
- خبرة قوية في تطوير الحلول الهندسية، ضمن EPC، تنفيذ المشاريع أو كمستثمر/عميل.
- معرفة قوية بالسلامة الصناعية والجودة والموثوقية والكفاءة.
- القدرة على بناء علاقات جيدة مع ثقافات مختلفة في مجال العمليات الصناعية.
- القدرة على تطوير خطة استراتيجية قابلة للتنفيذ لتعزيز أساسيات العمليات الميدانية وتحسين جودة وموثوقية الأصول المثبتة.
- القدرة على دمج الموارد من الإدارة إلى العمليات الميدانية (بما في ذلك التقارير الوظيفية) وتحفيز تنفيذ الخطط مع إظهار القدرة على التحمل والمرونة.
