Position Title: Finished Production Operator
Main Responsibilities:
- Operate packaging lines (high-speed automatic and manual) to deliver daily production output per plan with quality and safety
- Perform machine start-ups, adjustments, changeovers, and troubleshooting
- Participate in equipment qualification (IQ, OQ, PQ) with document compilation
- Document all performed activities on BPR and complete relevant documents on time

- Submit required documentation to government agencies via official customs websites/systems
Aseptic Production Operator
Main Responsibilities:
- Operate all equipment in the aseptic production department
- Execute/support process trials for technology transfer, process description, and new material introduction
- Follow batch record procedures strictly during manufacturing
- Routine operations including washing, sterilization, formulation, filling, cleaning, and shift/batch documentation
- Coordinate with professional cleaners for area cleaning as per schedule
Qualifications, Experience & Skills:
- Diploma in Pharmacy/Engineering or equivalent
- 5+ years of experience in similar roles
- Experience in machine operation, commissioning & qualification
- Experience working in an aseptic area

- استلام ومراجعة ومعالجة طلبات تصاريح الاستيراد (مثل المواد الكيميائية، المواد الخطرة، المستلزمات الطبية)
- تقديم المستندات المطلوبة للجهات الحكومية عبر المواقع والأنظمة الرسمية للجمارك
عامل الإنتاج المعقم (Aseptic Production Operator)
- تشغيل جميع معدات قسم الإنتاج المعقم
- تنفيذ ودعم التجارب اللازمة لتسهيل نقل التقنية ووصف العملية وإدخال المواد الجديدة
- اتباع إجراءات سجل الدفعات بدقة أثناء عملية التصنيع
- القيام بالعمليات الروتينية مثل الغسيل، التعقيم، التحضير، التعبئة، وتنظيف المعدات مع توثيق الشفت والدفعات
- التنسيق مع فرق التنظيف المحترفة للقيام بأنشطة تنظيف المناطق حسب الجدول
- المؤهل والخبرة: دبلوم صيدلة أو هندسة أو ما يعادلها، خبرة 5 سنوات أو أكثر في وظائف مشابهة، خبرة في تشغيل الآلات، التأهيل والتكليف، والعمل في بيئة معقمة
