Legal Counsel
Education:
- Law degree (LLB or equivalent); admission to a bar or qualification as an attorney/advocate is an advantage.
- Additional qualification in international business law (LLM or equivalent) is a plus.
Experience:
- Minimum 6–8 years of professional legal experience in commercial and/or corporate law.
- Experience in international company or law firm, preferably in industrial, energy, infrastructure, or services sectors.
- Exposure to Saudi Arabia and KSABYP cluster jurisdictions is highly desirable.

Experience and Qualifications:

Responsibilities:
- Design and quote Emergency Lighting solutions and support sales pricing and activities.
- Ensure prescription actions to consultants and end-users; support sales force.
- Work directly with customers and partners for field action plans.

- Identify and promote best practices, build standard configurations, and scale adoption.

Technical Skills:
